So Millic is a producer from guess where..... HIGHGRND... I really should back off the ground but I love them so much lol. I have recently just become a fan of his. He does a lot of work with FANXY CHILD and CLUB ESKIMO, which honestly is just Dean &co. But I've really liked a lot of the songs he's come out with recently.
Paradise is the first song I heard of his. It features FANXY CHILD, but it's this really really laid back feel. I love music that makes you feel good.
I was kinda obsessed with this song when it first came out because I mean how can you not love Zico Dean and Crush. I pretty much live for FANXY CHILD lol. I'd listen to anything any of these four are in to be honest. But that being said I really like the beat to this song. Zico of course kills his part. And then you have Dean and Crush and how can you go wrong. All and all it's a great mix and my ears love great mixes.
He also has Igloo out right now. I'm even more obsessed with this one. This one has Club Eskimo which again is just Dean and others. But it's equally as good. I'm going to be honest... it's better...
This song really sounds like something from The Neighborhood (a band). I really thought they had gone Korean. But then I was like they added Dean? lmao then I saw it was Millic and I was like OOOO I'M AN IDIOT lol. It has a jazzy feel to it sometimes and I like that.
Millic is kind of in the Indie genre to me though. He's more of a producer than anything else. That being said I love him as an artist. And his album Vida was really good. He has a song on there called Something with Julius that makes me just OMG...
I just think he's worth talking about it and you should keep an ear out for him.

O..M..G... This song has become a serious thing with me and Bunny.
We literally, at least once a day, scream out JJAK JJAK JJAK JJAK and clap. Seriously. On opposite sides of the room and/or building and we just will yell it out as loud as we can. I suggested when we're in a big open place and we happen to lose each other that we just do this from now on. Regardless of the number of people looking at us like we're idiots. Sounds like a good idea, yeah? I've found out recently that I am loving Seventeen. I use to always tell people, 'Well I'm not that into Seventeen... ' And I thought I was telling the truth. Wrong. I'm a big fat liar. At least, now I am.. I am LOVING Seventeen. This song especially. It's so fun to me. Who doesn't want to just yell JJAK JJAK JJAK JJAK everywhere they go? Come on~ Totally digging this song on a serious level.

SO excited that I can finally use this song on any of my lists. It wasn't current enough for Featured and wasn't old enough for Midweek, but now it is because it's a new year! Muahahaha! This is probably one of my favorite Winner songs. Not absolute favorite, but one of my favorites. Funny thing is, I didn't really get big into Winner until a few months before Really Really came out. So when they had that comeback, I was ecstatic. Sad they're missing a member, but I do think that the group is actually doing really well now considering they lost a major vocalist. Back to this song... And this video. The video is hilarious. The song is just amazing. And they're just too adorable.

Changmo is a part of Ambition Musik which from what I understand is a part of Illionare. I was a little confused on how Illionare and Ambition works but then again it's Dok2 so we aren't going there. But I love Changmo and most of the people in Illionare actually but ANYWAY. Changmo is newly on my list of people. Changmo is another Spotify find. His song with Beenzino is really good. I also like Maestro and his featured song with Jeebanoff called Timid was also really good as well.
I'm just getting into him so Look for him a little more on the blog :D

I am seriously loving this group sooo much right now! In the running for my bias: Daisy Nancy JooE I highly recommend you watch their ASC episode, that's half the reason I love the group as a whole as much as I do now.
LOVE this song... SO much! I'll be honest here and admit that I typically don't like Zico's solo songs. I love him to death, but I don't think I'm as big of a Zico fan as most people are. I love him as a person, but his music is just not something I love. However, this song was just amazing! And the chorus is actually quite touching. "Don’t worry about money λμ μ€λΉ κ° λ¬΄λ¦¬ν κ² λ κ·Έλ₯ μμμ νΈνκ² Groove νκΈ°λ§ν΄ alright I’m a boy you’re a girl I’m a boy but you’re a girl I’m a boy you’re a girl μλ¦λ€μ΄ μ¬μλ λμ λ°μμΌ ν΄" Which translates to: "Don’t worry about money Let’s play, oppa will be the one who spends too much – You just comfortably get your Groove on next to me, alright I’m a boy you’re a girl I’m a boy but you’re a girl I’m a boy you’re a girl Beautiful girls deserve to be treated" Isn't that cute? Dilli Jinn
I just recently jumped on the bandwagon that is Dilli Jinn when she popped up on my Spotify playlist I listen too. Her song Barbie got me hooked. I thought to myself "Man I need to look up more stuff by her." And the more I looked up the more I liked her. Her song Sway is really good. She has a real "sexual" for lack of a better word sound about her. But shes another what I like to call coffee shop style artist. Did I mention she's pretty too. Her first album Vaseline dropped recently. And if I could afford it I'd probably buy it. Shes a real good find THANKS SPOTIFY!

While not as super dancey or catchy as "Shall We Dance", this song is still pretty amazing!
It isn't one of my favorite songs, but one of the main reasons I like it is because instead of their strong rapping presence, it's focused on vocals. Something Zico doesn't normally get enough credit for anymore. I love this group so much!
Until recently, I didn't even know who G.Soul was. Thankfully Bunny has been introducing me to really good music because this song is SO GOOD. And I do mean really good. His voice is just so soft yet powerful.. Beautiful and relaxing. I love it. I still don't know a lot of songs by him, but I'm almost certain this will forever be my favorite song by him <3
Now, before we get into the gorgeous aspect of this man, let's take a look at who JC is.
JC is a Korean music artist. Now don't get it twisted, he is NOT a Kpop artist. He just happens to be Korean AND he is a music artist. JC does his own thing and he does it VERY WELL! And he is FINE as hell!
It is a shame that there are not more videos showing the amazing dance skills this guy has but I did manage to find one. (We need to talk about that JC lol)

We are bacccckkkkk..... its a new year its a brand new HOPPIN corner. This month we'll talk about some of my new interest of the new year. I'm excited, you're excited so lets get into it.
I talked a little about this in the 2017 songs post, but I feel like it needs more credit. Epik High came out with a new album We've Done Something Wonderful on October 23,2017. My life hasn't been the same.
I talk about Epik High a lot in my blogs mainly because I respect all three of them so much. Their lyrics in their songs always really touch my heart and sometimes it's exactly what I need to here. Some of them are fun like No Thanxx, or it can go the opposite direction like Here Comes the Regrets. They put so much into their songs like BLEED. The whole album just touch me in my feel goods. And you can't go wrong with the feel good spots.
My favorite one is hands down Here Comes the Regrets. MITHRA EFFFFING KILLLS HIS ENGLISH RAP. It shocked me so hard. You hear Tablo rap in English all the time, but RARELY do you Mithra Jin rap in English. Ya'll HE KILLS IT... and then you got Lee Hi coming in with her rich velvet voice trying to make you cry and shiiizzzz shame on her.
I liked BLEED too. I like how it starts off kinda old school feel too it. Of course Tablo has to put his lyrical genius into it. This song is the cutest and most catchy thing I've ever heard (with the exception of Likey) But I honestly liked this song better than Likey. It's just so lovable. And Sana kills me with her cuteness.
The dance is super cute and there's literally nothing about this song that isn't amazing!

26. KARD - Don't Recall
Now this was my JAM! And honestly I don't even like the English version. I know, I know. That's a crime. And what's funny is I love the dance version better. Why, you ask? Probably because of BM's body rolls. If you don't understand my love of BM I dare you to look up the KARD label on this blog... You'll find out real quick. Hahaha
27. Day6 - I Wait
Ah yeaaa! This song had a really weird sound to it when I first listened to it and honestly I couldn't tell if I liked it or not. But I QUICKLY warmed up to it. I emphasize quickly because I think I did a post about it not being my favorite.. and the next day I was literally jamming to it on repeat.
28. Twice - Likey
Let me tell you what is the most priceless thing about this song.. The fact that Bunny likes it. And what's so special about that is... If you read any of her posts, she's a rap girl. And the occasional kpop group. Absolutely no girly girl groups. So her constantly going around everywhere going "Me likey likey likey!" was the most hilarious thing I've ever seen.
29. Seventeen - Don't Wanna Cry
I found out this year that I'm actually a bigger fan of Seventeen that I had originally thought I was. Especially through this song. Also I feel like I should mention that I did like 'Clap' also, but not enough to be on this list or even an honorable mention. But I'm always so fast to say 'Well I'm really not that big of a Seventeen fan...' and I thought I was telling the truth.. Nope, was lying. I like them more than I thought because every song that comes on my playlist from them I jam to... Lol
30. iKON - B-Day
This is my HYPE SONG. I don't know what it is about this song that makes me want to just destroy stuff... But it really does. Like Crooked by G-Dragon does to me also but not to that extent. But I seriously go crazy to this song. This is my favorite song by them. and I don't even know why. It just is.
31. Red Velvet - Peek A Boo
Admittedly, Red Velvet is another group I'm so fast to say that 'I'm not a fan of' and yet again I thought I was telling the truth. This is an even bigger lie than Seventeen... Because Red Velvet has really moved up on my group list this year. I did not like this song at first. I don't typically like any Red Velvet song when I first hear it... It has to come on multiple times before I'm like 'Okay, this isn't bad. I feel this'
32. Winner - Fool
This song is so amazing. I always forget about it most of the times... And in the Save or Pass games on Youtube I usually always pass it because they put it up against more of my favorite songs.. But I love this song so much.
33. Day6 - I Smile
The opening line of this song had me hooked. Half the time I can't even tell you why I like a Day6 song. I just can tell you that I freaking love it. Because I just do.
34. EXID - DDD
After Solji got really sick, I was really worried about how this group was going to continue, but this was actually a solid comeback!
35. EXO - Ko Ko Bop
Shimmy Shimmy Ko Ko Bop, I think I like it! I think the best part of this song was the Ko Ko Bop challenge that went around this year. It was so cool!
That thumbnail. Hahaha. I do love me some NCT, but this song wasn't my very favorite song this year. Still amazing, just not the best one of this year IMO.
38. Girls Day - I'll Be Yours
This is another one I forget about in general, but I forget it came out this year! I like Girls Day a lot.
39. Day6 - You Were Beautiful
This song... The lyrics are so so so sad to me. And it's such a beautiful song. <3 40. BTS - Go Go
You're all going to hate me... But this song and Mic Drop were my JAMS. I never loved DNA. And it didn't make sense to me that everywhere BTS was performing they were performing DNA when it wasn't even their best song from this comeback. This is probably my 2nd favorite song from this comeback. First being the original Mic Drop. 41. One - Gettin By
I honestly can't tell if I like this song better or Heyahe. His debut was probably one of the best ones this year. And he's just so adorable how could you not love him? 42. Jay Park - Yacht
Oh god. This song.. Has been on repeat for the past 2 days for me. I literally can't get enough of this song! This is my jam and this will be on repeat for like the rest of the week... This man is so sexy, yall. Dannnng. 43. Day6 - Say Wow
You make me say wow! Now I like this song.. I don't LOVE it. But it's still good. 44. Block B - Shall We Dance

BEST. DEBUT. OF. 2017!! Hands down the best song that was ever released this year. This song was just the best. This group is just the best. I just love everything about this group and their members and the talent they all have. So much mad respect for this group. The minute I heard this song I was HOOKED! So. Let's talk about this song. This is my favorite Day6 song to date. Young K singing, as always, just soothes my soul. Especially in this song. I love everything about this song. A lot of people don't really appreciate the songs that aren't their title songs, but man you all should really give this song a listen. This song is life.
50. KARD - You In Me
I won't go into how much I love KARD for this one, instead I'm going to go into how much J.Seph killed it in this song. Guys, he KILLEEEEEEEEED it! Being 100% honest, these posts are going to be LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG. This being because 2017 was a good year for music for me. I'm actually going to choose 50 songs.. Why? Because there's a whole lot of songs I loved last year. So, of course, part 1 will have 25 songs and part 2 will have 25 songs. Easy enough. There's no set order , I'm not ranking them.. But there is the fact that I have 1 group who has like over 10 songs on this list so I'm going to separate the artists with multiple songs up evenly between both posts and in each post so one group isn't all in one place. Probably my favorite song of all time of KARD's. Obviously I have to put it on this list. Though I will admit that I didn't actually start liking this song until I went to the KARD concert back in May. BTW, I highly recommend breathing the same air as BM. It's mesmerizing. 2. Day6 - Hi, Hello
This song is actually my second favorite song from Day6. It's soft and has a good flow to it. Plus the lyrics are so adorable and meaningful. My favorite being: "You are you, I am me "We lived without knowing each other but With a hello You and I became a we" 3. Twice - Heart Shaker
This song is probably the single most worst song in the universe. Why? Because it's literally been stuck in my head for the past 3 weeks. IT WON'T GO AWAY! It's the attack of the Twice!!! 5. Red Velvet - Red Flavor
Honestly, I didn't like this song when it came out. But after hearing it once on The Unit, that was long gone. It's so catchy!!!! 6. Winner - Really Really

This song is my freaking JAM. Like and again, I don't normally like these types of song. However, this song is so unique. And the mm mm mm mm's.. I was really feeling this song. Still am! MAP6 is easily one of my favorite underrated groups. Sad because of just how underrated they are. This song wasn't as good as Swagger Time, but of course, I really don't think they can beat Swagger Time. That being said, it's still a really great catchy song! 20. BAP - Hands Up
I like BAP anyways, but this comeback was really good to me. Plus look at that thumbnail. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh. 21. Day6 - Dance Dance
Hana, dul, hana, dul, set... Those few little words.. Just those words... And Dowoon's smile... Is enough to warm up Elsa's super powers to a point where they don't even exist anymore. Ice queen nevermore after that. 22. Monsta X - Dramarama
This isn't my favorite song by Monsta X by a long shot, but nevertheless it's still a good song!! 23. Twice - Knock Knock
This was my favorite Twice song for a longgggg while. It's so cute!! And the dance is adorable. And JYP in the music video made me so happy hahaha. 24. Day6 - How Can I Say
Last Day6 song for this part 1. And one of my favorites. This was the first one they released that had more rocky undertones rather than soft rock it was a little harder. And it was my favorite for like ever. This song got my hyped. Head banging and everything. Hahahaha. 25. KARD - Hola Hola
To be completely honest here... For this to be their official debut song... It was slightly disappointing. Not because it was bad, oh god no. This song is amazing. But I feel like debuting with Rumor would have been pretty awesome. But then again, who am I to say anything about that? God, Shanea.. They're doing just fine without your input. Sheesh. BM mah baby. Just letting you all know.. I call dibs. And I got to breathe the same air as him. As much as I love J.Seph I feel like the picture I took with them would have been hella more epic if I was next to BM. Nevermind. We don't need a picture of me passing out. Because I'd die.
