This song is one of my favorite older songs. I think, if I'm not mistaken, it was from around 1988. 

I actually was introduced to this song through 'Immortal Songs 2' when Kim Tae Woo sang it with Kang Boo Ja.

But it's a very nice song and it's beautiful.
