Welcome to HAS, HAS Tracy! 

Or otherwise known as the "Korean Drama Queen". 

This is Tracy. She's joined our staff because she has a huge obsession with Korean Dramas, more than even I do. 

Here are some things you should know about Tracy:

1) She is my mother. I talk about her often. So make sure you give her a warm welcome. 

2) She is definitely a Shawol and ELF. She LOVES SHINee more than me. Just kidding. But really she LOVE SHINee. With good reason though. Her bias is Onew. 

3) At one point in time, she had her own blog that was called "Korean Drama Queen".  This is her old blog. http://koreadramaqueen.blogspot.com/2013/02/intro_3.html She didn't get very far with it, but she plans to go very far as a part of HAS. 

4) While she's had her own blog before, she's still kind of a newbie, so go easy on her. 

5) Until it comes to anything Korean, she's very antisocial. Something about Korea just brings her out of her shell. 

She's a great person and I'm very happy and excited to have her as a part of my blog. I know she'll do great and you all will love her. 

Until you try to take Onew away from her... Then she gets violent.

Easter Greetings

Happy Easter, my lovelies!!

Even if you don't celebrate Easter, I still wish that everyone will have a good day and remember that I love you!

My new obsession is far from my normal.

So my new obsession is not what I'm normally obsessed with. I'm usually obsessed with something new or something Kpop... 

But my new obsession? Is from 1988. Yeah. Crazy, right?

So like I said... Not my normal obsession right? Definitely not. And normally, it's not really the usual for someone out of the country to find old songs like this, since they aren't very widely known in other countries. Only in Korea. But thanks to "Immortal Songs 2" I have found so many new artists that I like, plus old songs. This being one of my favorite. 

I do like the original version of this song, but what really got me liking the song was on "Immortal Songs 2" Kang Bu Ja and Kim Tae Woo sang their own version of this song and it was absolutely breathtaking. Ever since I heard it, I listened to this song very very often.

The great thing is that Kang Bu Ja isn't even a singer apparently, she's an actress. And her voice is actually really great. It's very surprising. Haha.

"Immortal Songs 2" is really a great show that lets you see modern day stars sing all sorts of Korean classics. It doesn't sound very interesting to some people, I know. And at first when I read the description of the show, I thought... Hmm... This could be boring saying I don't know any old songs. But really it's not! It's so great and so entertaining and there's performances that are upbeat and lively and then there are some that are sentimental and touching. And it's really introduced me to alot of great Korean stars and classics. 

HORRIBLE TRAGEDY!

I'm not going to spread all the details of the ship sinking in Korea. Mainly because I DO NOT want publicity off of this horrible tragedy. I'm not the paparazzi, I don't write stories on events like this so that I can get attention. 

I wrote this to say that I am completely heartbroken over this situation. I've been crying all morning since hearing the news and I really wish none of this had happened. I also hope that they find more people alive, rather than dead. 

My thoughts and prayers go out to the country as a whole, but more so for the families, friends, and survivors of this tragedy because their pain must be like no other. I prayer for healing, strength, and even hope that everything will be okay. 

Live Hangout!

Starting probably sometime in late April or early May, I will start doing Live Hangouts on Google+ for this blog. Basically for the first few weeks/months (depending on the turn out) I will be doing a Q&A type thing so if anyone ANYWHERE has questions about me or my blog or anything at all, you can pop up and join the fun.

New Obsession : Boys Republic - Video Game

Video Game

This blog will just be short and sweet. I LOVE VIDEO GAME. I'm actually starting to love Boys Republic as a whole, too. Before I heard this song. I didn't even know who they were. And the only reason I heard this song is because I was watching "Immortal Songs 2" and after the show was over, this music video played. And I FELL IN LOVE with it. Because the chorus is just.. I can't even explain it. My favorite part of the song is definitely the chorus. I guess that's because at one point they start off higher pitched and the transition to a lower pitch than what they were at is just great. Maybe I'm just weird. But seriously it is a GREAT song. And they're all super cuties. And I don't have a bias as of now because since they're so new to me, I love all of them... Except one. And I will not say that one for fear that it will ruin his reputation. Though I must say that with my discovery of BTS's "Randall Monster", Rap Monster became the bias of a lot of people after reading that. LOL!
